H·E·A·L provides a compassionate and secure environment for those seeking support, answers, and guidance during the healing process from divorce, separation, and dissolution of long-term romantic relationships. Rooted in Christian principles, this program addresses various challenges such as dealing with loneliness, controlling anger, improving communication with your ex and others, building confidence, finding peace, and managing emotions effectively.

Weekly Online Sessions

14 weekly video-based support group sessions offering practical tools to help manage emotional turmoil and make informed decisions. Online sessions allow you to join from the comfort of your own space, and ensure that support is always within reach.

Support Materials

Participants receive a workbook, which includes insightful articles and exercises to assist in the healing journey. These resources are designed to complement the weekly sessions and provide ongoing support.

Eligibility

Open to anyone facing marriage or long-term romantic relationship breakdown, regardless of their religious background or affiliation.
